Right now I'm taking 60mcg everyday before I lift. I work 3rd shift so I'm taking my dosage right when I wake up which is around 4:00 PM. The problem is when it gets to be around 2-3 am I'm falling asleep at work. I eat cheese sticks and Greek yogurt for snacks in between meals and I also use those water enhancers with caffeine. Would i be better off splitting up my dosage? 30 morning and 30 before bed. What can I do to help deal with this fatigue it is causing me. When I'm not talking igf 1-lr3 I don't have this fatigue problem.

Sleepy or hypoglycemic?

I don't know? I always took it as I'm tired. I started caring around honey in lunch bag at work to see if it helped. Tonight before work I took honey and felt better but I also only took a 30mcg dose instead of the 60mcg. I'll just have to wait and see.

I’ve gotten hypo from it too. I just do the same. I have fruit bars I eat 45 mins after pin and it’s seem to help alot

You need a lot more carbs if that’s the case. That or load up on them right after taking igf if your unable to get anything in you during or throughout day due to work or whatever

I take honey with me to work now and take some every few hours, which has seemed to fix the problem of getting sleepy. I think what happened is I quit drinking pop. So i wasn't getting the carbs.

If my BS is up I can take some IGF and it will help to lower it. Slowly so as not to bottom me out.
