plain sterile water only good once after needle breaks through rubber seal?

Ok thanks for the info; but as of now I am using the sterile water; I know sterile water with GH is fine in the fridge for 1-3 days; thats all I need. But my question is the sterile water vial I bought from the medical supply shop; once I poke the needle through the rubber and withdraw water; is it no good after that? Was I supposed to throw the vial out; which seems like a waste since it is a 10 ml vial, cause someone told me once you poke a needle through that rubber you either have to use the whole vial or it is no good anymore meaning the water in it isn't "sterile".

100 units = 1ml
1 unit is 1 unit period

It is supplied in a multiple-dose container from which repeated withdrawals may be made to dilute or dissolve drugs for injection.

But I make 10ml distilled with 10 units of Benzol Alcohol
So ratio is .10% per 10ml
Or close to it and this is fine.
No filtering required with distilled into sterile vial with ba added!!
Or u can do same with your sterile water and use more than once.
Either way u making ba water with either distilled or sterile water with ba added to either!!!
