    Default HGH vs Roids Help

    Hi all

    I spoke to a specialist doctor who said my bones are a bit weak so the ‘bodybuilding’ life for me is probably not wise for my body type / structure. He suggested I stick to a swimmer type build instead and focus more on cardio vs hardcore weights. Given my experience on gear these past few years I am tempted to take his advice.

    What I wanted to understand is if I drop the gear completely (on test/tren) and take a low dose of HGH or similar would that be good? Money to sustain this isn’t an issue. I just want to also look healthy, be healthy, and still look sexy enough for the ladies haha.

    I did HGH with test for about 6 months before (a few years back). My skin was great, sleep was great, strength was good, seemed like I was loosing fat and maintaining size/muscle, but then stopped because I moved and couldn’t source good stuff anymore. I also remember I didn’t have all the libido and what not issues when on HGH vs when I have been on roids in general. I should have other negative ‘sides’ on HGH right eg organs overgrows or something.

    Sticking to a clean diet is not an issue, just wanted to better understand the plan recommended going forward.

    I am 28 years old. When I am completely off gear I am pretty weak hence I usually prefer to take something to keep the shape and muscle.

    Dose I am Flexible. I remember I used to make up the 1ml insulin injections and use it 2.5 times (I think basically 40 2 times - one of the 40 per day before sleep - then 20 left over). That seemed to work well.

    Not sure about the last line can you clarify?

    But using to put u much higher comes more risk

    Yes it’s more a maintainace vs growth. My size is good, I don’t want to be bigger or smaller, stay this size but leaner.

    Is the dose I used before ok?

    I won’t get the side effects I get on roids right?

    Peptides better for u than what??

    Brother if u not sure about your journey u suggest u stay natural!!

    Those of us that don't already made a choice and already researched to find what we wanna or gotta know!!

    It's like this, too much of anything isn't good!! But hormones like steroid hormones are important to our health depending on how they used and our age and health status!!
    Hgh has benifits if someone is low natty and has benifits to keep in higher range as we age.
    Peptides most of them stimulate natty hgh release along with IGF!!
    Peptides may not shut down hgh but most of them increase prolactin and cortisol.
    Hgh can increase these as well!!
    Igf really has less sides than hgh and other peptides.

    Hgh, IGF, and peptides all work syntergesic with enough anabolic steroids like testosterone for example and necessary for sure!!!

    Yes they still work with suffient natty test levels!!

    But your question is very broad and has to be specific to an amount!

    My best answer would be it's best to have suffient levels of testosterone and hgh.
    But main growth factor released from hgh and peptides is IGF!!! Igf manufactured and produced in liver after hgh release or dose!!

    Igf used on its own gets to target satellite cells that need repair and growth, it heals and also can cause more cells by splitting one to two....
    Then they gotta mature, very important in burn victims for example although not sure if used that much, but don't know...

    and I don’t think it’s his place to tell u your better suited for swimming than bodybuilding! Talk about a source of motivation! I’d stuff that Can’t up his ass with a Can-some
