Biceps are the worst...especially the pumps. But, I never apply IGF to the same muscle multiple days in a row. I try to rotate. Hit your shoulders one day and tell us how it feels.

    Using more to an area....
    It's not synthol!!!
Igf will enter open receptors. Once IGF enters a cell it gives a reaction time of i think 24 hours no matter what type of IGF that is!!
So it's reaction in an entered cell is 24 hours let's say.... then those cells will prolly not be open again so fast... my thoughts not exactly research but my understanding of research.
Igf will go where it has receptors open ready to recieve it!!

But I believe igf doesn't travel throughout the body systematic either. But that's my opinion.
    Rotation important to me..

It is systemic , although more attaches to the nearest area it was applied as MM pointed out, but the argument that it doesn't matter where u apply it'll still help all body parts is due to it being systemic .

Personally I think it works as a specific site enhancer as I've used it for years on end and tried every which way. I have settled into applying it to my abs SQ about 75% of the time and feel as though it works best for staying lean with SQ applications and builds muscle best applying to muscles.

I have had pain sometime and it is batch dependent. When it burns like fire, I do it subq.

You will have to play with the timing. I like it 30 minute pre workout if I am going IM in the muscle about to be worked. If I am going subq I like to do it about 3-4 hours before hand...............no reasoning just seems to give a better pump this way. IM works way faster than subq in my experience.

Curious about pressers take on this.

I just wonder what SUb-Q is really doing i don't feel much more "pump" and if it really does go systemic, im up to 80mcg a day just experimenting really 90% injections are sub-q by belly button an hour before training
