I work out at noon, have my post-workout meal and then take it. Seems to be working great and really extends the pump from the gym.

Nice! Nothing like keeping that gym pump as long as humanly possible! When i was younger in my 20's and bouncing at a bar in Philly, I remember i heard or read that if you take a cold shower after working out, that your pump lasts longer, lol,

Yep, you guessed it, I would train right before heading to work at the bard, and i would take a cold shower at the gym , then change and drive to work. Did it work? I dont know man, lol, But i did that shit religiously on Thursday, friday and Saturday nights prior to work lmao

Igf doesn't seem to effect my blood sugar. I train fasted as well ( just started this year to see if I liked it or not). First time I tried it on an empty stomach I just made sure that I had the glucose tablets that they sell at walmart on my person, so I felt hypoglycemia coming on I could get out of it real fast with the glucose tablets. I think they work almost instantly, maybe 5 minutes at the most.

Everyone is individual and you will have to do your own n=1 study!!
