Seems like it would be to me. Most people say you need it to be constant. Why 2 months on and 2 off? And what dosage are you thinking?

Is it a waste of time and money to run gH 2 months on 2 months off?

I don't think it would be. It kills me hearing people saying it needs to be ran long term for results.
I notice changes within days of beginning HGH.

Well to be honest it's a money thing. I don't have the kind of money to spend like some.
I was going to run 2iu in the am and 2iu before training. You guys tell me if this will work for recomp and/or strength. I'm just now getting my funds together.
One last question, is running T-4 worthwhile with this. How much how frequently and for how
long? Thanks for all the input.

From what I understand of the synergy between thyroid and GH, I feel it would be beneficial to run a low dose of T4 once a day only while you're taking the GH. Shouldn't be any need to run the T4 when off the GH. Likely the dosage you're taking for GH will be good for recomp and strength. When you're on GH, there's an increase in conversion of T4 to T3 which can deplete your stores of T4. This is why you'd want to keep your stores up, but you'd only need a low dose while you're on GH.

After thinking more about this, it occurred to me that this is the only peptide that I've ever heard of where people have said you need to run it long term. Every other peptide out there we know does something in terms of days so why not this one? In fact, the first time I ran HGH, I had enough for roughly 4-5iu per day for barely 6 months, and then I was only able to take it on weekdays. I remember becoming leaner than I'd ever been before, and that was perhaps 3 months in. I'd guess that if you are only looking for recomp or fat loss, there's no real need for long term. I'd bet that long term only applies to pros taking 20 iu or more per day to push the mass building.

2-4 iu HGH is all you need for decent results if your using a quality HGH.
