Well to be honest it's a money thing. I don't have the kind of money to spend like some.
I was going to run 2iu in the am and 2iu before training. You guys tell me if this will work for recomp and/or strength. I'm just now getting my funds together.
One last question, is running T-4 worthwhile with this. How much how frequently and for how
