I've been running gH for 2 months now and I've noticed water retention in both hands. Is this common? What can I do?

It can be.
Yeah It hurts like hell! Thats one of the reasons I dont like HGH! For me though it usually starts swelling my hands into serious pain within weeks. IGF-1 lr3 doesnt do that to me thank GOD
but its very common daddio
