LGD-3303(not ligandrol) is a SARM that seems to be very potent at activating the AR in muscle cells at very low doses. The study showed increased muscle mass in doses as little as 0.1mg/kg in rats. Unfortunately, it also seems to activate the AR in the prostate as well, especially at higher doses. But at the lower end, it seems to be more selective towards muscle tissue.

The other bad thing about 3303 is that it seems to really suppress LH levels, especially any dose over 1mg/kg(in rats). It seems to have a half life of about 5-6hr before plasma levels rapidly drop off, so multiple dosing might be best. Based on the limited papers I found, it seems like this is a very potent SARM that can add some serious size, especially in higher doses. However, be prepared to have a lot of suppression of natural test levels and required to use a strong PCT when stopping.

This is not a "bridging" compound. As far as minimal effective dose, it seems that as little as 1-2mg a day are enough to increase size while minimizing the androgenic effects. Once you start dosing at 6mg and above, the suppression will be great and prostate growth was shown. I will continue to research this compound as more literature becomes available. Worth noting: LGD-3303 seems to have a very strong anabolic effect on bone density and increasing calcium uptake and increasing new bone cell generation.

4033 LGD LIGANDROL is a bad ass SARM!

I have never taken, nor even seen LGD 3303 , i mean personally. I see peptide stores and shops carry it for a good time now, but i havent any type of experience with it!

What do you mean by: LGD 3303 (NOT LIGANDROL) ?

What does the LGD in the 3303 compound stand for?
