    Default IGF lr3, Ligandrol, Stenabolic, oh my...

    Hi everyone, I’m J. Really impressed with the knowledge, dedication, and help that this community stands for. Been reading through everything that I can for a couple weeks and just as I thought I knew something, it’s starting to jumble in my mind.


    If anyone has a moment, I could use some assistance getting this figured out as I’m ready to place my order and don’t want to overlook anything.


    Goal: Reduce to 7% body fat, while gaining 5-8 lbs lean muscle over 8 weeks, without testosterone, S-4, or AAS.


    Stats: 36 year old male, 6’4”, 175 lb, hard gainer.
    Around 14% body fat, can drop this down to single digit very fast & effectively.
    I work out 5-6 times a week, utilizing NOS drop sets and BFR training.
    Never done a cycle but I use Melanotan II regularly, so understand SQ injections, and dealing with uncomfortable sides like nausea. Also used to taking supplements, so timing and discipline are not an issue.


    IGF LR3
    20 mcg, ED, immediately post workout subQ, followed by carbs.
    Continuous, not cycling


    Ligandrol lgd 4033
    8-10 mg per day, pre workout, 8 weeks
    Not really sure when to take this, empty stomach, rules related to SARMS?
    Is this everyday?


    Stenabolic
    8 mgs, 3 times a day, every 4 hours, 8 weeks
    Not sure if this should be an empty stomach?
    N2Guard at 3-5 capsules per day.

    Will be continuing my Melanotan II during this cycle.



    Full PCT, immediately after or 1 week after?
    clomid 50/25/25/25 Not sure what these numbers breakdown as?


    Not sure how to keep from suppressing natural Testosterone or free testosterone levels during this non-testosterone cycle?
    I am cuttently taking Status, (natural testosterone supplement) and GH Peak (natural HGH supplement) from Blue Star Nutraceuticals.

    I appreciate any advise or direction that can be provided. Not yet ready for a stack, lol.

    Welcome and your not going to put on that much lean muscle in 8 weeks , but you can surely drop the body fat like you want, which will make you look like you packed on that much lean muscle , like any good recomp cycle that’s usually the case. It just looks like you added a ton of muscle .

    Even if you were on actual steroids or just testosterone , you’d be hard pressed to gain 8 pounds lean muscle in 8 weeks at any age let alone 36

    as I said u can look the part still!

    Hi Presser, thanks for the information and great to meet you. After weeks of reading your common sense approach through many threads, I’m humbled by the sheer amount of knowledge you possess.

    I have read some of your recommendations for cycles to run. Is there anything you would recommend without using testosterone, I have a healthy fear/respect for it, like anything not understood by someone.

    I don’t know enough to ask the strategic higher lever questions I feel just out of my comprehension. Are there questions that I should be asking or any specific threads you recommend beyond the pinned?
