Anybody Competing

Anybody competing in any upcoming meets? Local or otherwise? Be cool to hear about. Got a few guys going to a local meet this weekend I'll keep updated.

Squats are in. 2/3 and 3/3

Great Meet for both lifters at a local meet. Both went 8/9, learned a few things and hit some PRs for them on the platform. These guys aren't elite guys, just guys wanting to try out powerlifting. Anybody can do it and have fun. If you guys are thinking about it or have questions feel free to hit me up.
