LeBron is tired of losing and has openly questioned his teammates lack of mental and physical preparation. After losing to a Pelicans team playing without Anthony Davis, their lone superstar, the Lakers sit 3.5 games out of 8th in the West. Eight teams make the playoffs in each conference.
Personally I think he's an idiot. He left a good team to go to the Lakers who were very bad last year. They added some talent around LeBron, but it was obviously a team in rebuilding mode. He has done what he always does in trying to assume coaching duties for the team and has very openly been working to get coach Luke Walton fired. He will leave the Lakers in shambles like he does with every team he plays for.
