Well, two great seasons have come to an end in the National League, with the Atlanta Braves and Los Angeles Dodgers both losing in game 5 last night. For the Braves, it was over early. The Cardinals put up 10 runs in the first inning in Atlanta and won 13-1. The Dodgers actually nursed a 3-0 lead into the 7th inning, before the Washington Nationals came back to win 7-3.

The St. Louis Cardinals will meet the Washington Nationals in the NLCS.

The Houston Astros host the Tampa Bay Rays tonight in another game 5 to see who advances to play the New York Yankees, who swept the Minnesota Twins.
