400mg/ml test enanth is pretty easy to make because enanthate is soluble in oil. when i made it i used 3%ba and 8%bb for 450mg/ml. you could probably go as low as 2%ba and 9% or 10%bb. Don't worry about the kind of high bb concentration...i did a full ml of bb last week to test the pain and it only stung for a little while, nothing after that.
another thing with a higher concentration like this is it's pretty thick, mine still went through a 25g fine, but don't be surprised if you need to use a 23g.

with all 20g you can make 50ml @ 400mg/ml. the total ingredients will look like this...
29.5ml oil
20g powder
1ml ba (2%)
4.5ml bb (9%)

1ml ba (2%)

i haven't made eq w/ that high of a mg/ml ratio. i'd imagine it'll go into solution at 3%ba 7%ba. the ingredients would be
30ml oil
20g "powder" (should be liquid at room temp)
1.5ml ba (3%)
3.5ml bb (7%)
i would imagine this will work, but if it doesn't for some reason try upping the bb content. i'll help you if it doesn't work.

Enantate supposedly like everyone said is oil soluble, which means you only need the Ba for sterility. You are probably thinking of Prop, which needs much more solvent.
