You will find many scholarly articles describing compounds created to penetrate the skin and deliver the RX of Choice.

The most common items used seem to be as follows:

HomeMade/HomeBrew
D-Limonene
NMP
Oleic Acid
DMSO
Ethanol
Propylene Glycol
Isopropyl Mysirate

My issue is with the proportions/amounts.

Are all of these necessary? (I know the Ethanol and Iso Mys are pretty similar)

How much of each is needed in a homebrew recipe?

I actually bought SP Topical Matrix. I am just interested in making my own. I am already planning on doing some light experimenting with Ethanol (Everclear) , Isopropyl (90%), hand sanitizer (many ingredients are found in this are my list), lecithin, and xanthum gum. Again I am unsure of proportions. But I am going to make slurry/matrix and get consistency I want before adding any active compound.

How is the topical experiment going rage? If test can be injected subq. It should work fine with a transdermal that would save a lot of pins and pain with multi stacking especially with short esters..

I ended up doing 3 weeks of transdermal 11 oxo

i used the smart powders version

the cycle went good

the lean out effects of 11 oxo were noticeable

making the transdermal was easy

only problem I had with it was the... Smell

i think d-Limonene gives a strange smell
like showering in orange cleaner

I made tren-a spray for my nephew, he loved it.
tren-a powder- 4gr.
91% isopropyl alcohol
2 small spray bottles
put powder in spray bottle-add 40ml iso-alcohol-shake vigerously--add another 40mls Iso alc.-shake..
after shower spray chest and ankles...this recipe yields100mgs/ml
take the sprayer with plain water and spray into syringe and figure out how many sprays it takes to yield 1ml. spray a.m. and p.m. Of coarse your body isnt going to absorb the whole 100mgs, iv'e read any where from 60to 80% absorbtion. I have another recipe with DMSO somewhere, in my opinion its a waiste of good 80$ for 10gr. money, but if I had a shitload laying around why not.

I have a simple method to test any transdermal simply compare using 1/4 teaspoon olive oil to two drops of peppermint oil message between your hands and apply in shoulders and back, Next hours later take your transdermal in this case Topical matrix and again take a 1/4 teaspoon and add one drop of peppermint oil and apply to shoulders you will notice a more pronuonced and slightly burning effect of the peppermint oil with its deeper penetration it like almost applying it undiluted after a hot shower which I don't recommend. Topical Matirx works and works great.
