Sterelize a baeker

Hi guys, my question is simple and for sure more than one of you did it before. Soon i will start my first brew, and my question is....how i have to sterilize my glass beaker before mix the powder and the BB or BB+BA?

And after one time i finish my brew, should i sterilize for the next use or should i do it just before start to use it next time?
