First Test E Brew.

is the Formula the same with MCT Oil as with GSO? I'm looking to make 10 vials with MCT Oil and the other 10 with GSO!

Bro, formula is the same , for almost any oil base . My little advice is that - remeber that TEST E requires less bb than other brews . I think that just 15 % should be enough .

My percentages for Test E 300 in MCT oil:
1%BA 5%BB (I used 7%BB last batch to make thinner)
I put MCT oil in beaker, add powder, then add BB.
Order doesn't matter, just put it in beaker.
Bring to 180F while stirring whole time.
I don't have a magnetic stirrer, done by hand.
Heat measured using stem thermometer.
NOTE/IMPORTANT: Research effective stem coverage and types of stem thermometer. You must submerge the correct amount of the thermometer for accurate reading.
Once I reach 180F I remove from heat and continue stirring down to 160F.
Put back on heat source and I bring it back to 180F again. Remove from heat and stir until 140F.
Add BA.
Stir until it reaches 105F and then begin to filter using bottle top filter that I sterilized.
DO NOT POUR ALL OF YOUR GEAR IN THE FILTER AT ONCE!.That way if there is a malfunction you don't lose all your gear.

I will warm up gear back to 105F because it cools while I was filtering other gear.
Filter remaining amount.

I put 20G needle on 60ml syringe.
I pour directly/backfill into 60ml syringe.
Put cap back on media bottle.

I fill sealed sterile vials using 27G as a vent in top of vial. I swipe vials with alcohol girst and allow to evaporate. Fill vials.

Remove plunger from 60ml syringe and backfill again. Fill more vials.

When you pour into 60ml syringe, move quickly because it will begin to drip from 20G needle.
After filled, place plunger in back of syringe, but dont push, just seal the syringe, then flip over to get air at top and push in syringe plunger.

Same recipe and procedure for Deca 300.

I meant media bottle that I sterilized. The bottle top is already sterile of course.

I was using a PES filter because it's all I had.
I never had an issue and did extensive research regarding issue with PES.

I now use this exact NYLON filter to eliminate possibilities.

bb and ba in large brown vial, cool. that's real handy they're in a vial. what size are those?

Seems like the autofil filters are really good. PES-membranes can filter gear containing BB with no problems if it's only a small amount and it's filtered fast.
PES millipore filters suck though.

PP = polypropylene funnel! I think they are the only company that writes what the actual funnel is made from.

never mind, found on ebay, i know what size.

Only go into media bottle on vac bottle top.
Solvents eat away wrong materials sometimes not available.

Zap cap bottle top best when I did for self and into media then pull out with 60ml syringe and fill sterile vials.
I would peel crimps remove rubber and fill vials to mark put rubber back and recrimp..

Takes so long needle filling with vent I just assume have used syringe filter

2 vac pumps in one of photos both work awesome better than those penis pumps with hand grip... they are penis pumps those hand grip trash... lol
