Hi Board,

been searching and researching around to find a good formula recipe for the following:

L Carnitine or L-Carnitine L Tartrate
L Carnosine
Argine HCL or L arginine
D aspartic acid
L Gluthatione

concluded in trying it this way

0.9ba, distilled water, PES 0.10um 25mm filters. Might or might not add lidocaine 1-2% depend if pip is too bad.

Any guidence suggestions is much appreciated

Thank you!

N-Acetyl L-Carnitine IMO is the best along with Gluth. Get pH paper and check the acidity. N-actyl is very acidic. Shots stung. If you can balance the pH you can do more than 400mg/ml I did. It dissolves like nothing. If you can't see if 1% Lido helps. You will know it's working when you drip sweat like a sprinker in the gym. And PES filters are fine for this. If you can get 0.9% normal saline and add 1% BA as preservative. If you try it LMK how it goes.

I won't be using the acetyle form only those two mentioned. The add of nss is for bettering the acidity correct?

With regards to the other aminos same recipe suffice or do I need to add nss there as well?

Normal saline- I'd have to look at the pH. I honestly don't know about that but it is isotonic. It's like if something is given intravenously sterile or bacteriostatic water is a big no no. My analogy is a little off topic but snag some pH paper and see what the pH is. All of the aminos are easily dissolved in water. Try it in some simple distilled water and see what you come up with. No need to filter anything but it will give you an idea what you are working with.

I think there is no need to add saline as it is not for intravenous administration. Its for IM administration.
