A lot of people ask me what are the best legal fat burning supplements. While I still think that nothing rivals the ephedrine/caffeine stack, this compound is probably the best one that’s available in supplement form. Rauwolscine AKA alpha-yomhimbe is a yohimbine isomer that differs only in the position of a hydrogen atom. This small change, however has some major effects in the body for binding and effectiveness. It still is an alpha-2 adrenergic antagonist like yohimbine, except it binds more strongly to alpha2b and alpha2c. What this does mainly is minimize some of the side effects from normal yohimbine like increased heart rate, blood pressure, and anxiety.

Alpha-yohimbine also increases epinephrine levels, which is better for fat burning vs norepinephrine which normal yohimbine increases. This is a compound women would get great results from, as they have mostly alpha-2 receptors in hips/thighs/abdominals. As far as doses, I haven't seen any human studies, but based off of its binding I would say it's more potent than yohimbine. I would start at somewhere around 2-5mg a day. If you hate the anxiety feeling from yohimbine, this is a better alternative while still retaining the fat loss qualities. I personally like this much better than regular yohimbine and it stacks well with any beta-2 adrenergic agonist. I will be running this with my primatene ephedrine HCl and caffeine until the Olympia at doses of 25mg/200mg/2.5mg.
