    Most pre workouts under dose citrulline by a long shot. Definitely great for pumps at a proper dose.

    Agree have to have a full dose to get the pumps.

    i find pre-workouts under dose most of the ingredients.

    Those 'proprietary blend' label are the ones you have to be careful of.
