    So I trained quads tonight 60 carbs 30mins pre gym time and 50/50 mcgs in each quads , and my 200mgs hrt wk , I can get over how well this stuff works and how fast ! Pump’s are painful! Lol

    i just want to say how amazing MC IGF is! on day 10 at 100mcgs 50mcgs morning 50mcgs post workout and just 500mgs test week and doing Y3T training trying to get 500 carbs a day, and im getting better gains then me putting in a bunch of gear in and getting sides. keeping it simple
