Brothers, Been dealing with a stomach bug for the last few days. Cannot eat and no way to train. Its hard to get to the gym, when you cannot get off the shitter. :angry:

Very few thing piss me off, I am a very laid back person that gets along with everyone. However, I do have one rant when it comes to the gym. Powerlifters!!! Ok I get it, you want to lift heavy ass weight... that is cool but if you cannot control it going down, you have no reason to lifting...
