Just read that Freddie Gray's family settled out of court for 6.4 million to be paid for by the City of Baltimore. I realize the attorney get at least a third that, but WTF?? Isn't this admitting guilt as in wrongful death as far as the 6 cops charged in this? Gray was a 2 bit low life drug...
