palates

I have a pinched l4 nerve fellas. What should I do? I honestly don't know anything about pre-hab/re-hab because my attitude has always been if you're worried about injuries try palates haha, but I guess that's why I'm in this situation. I'd appreciate any knowledge you guys have.
