phlebotomy

Hello everyone, I would like to know among testosterone, boldenone and trenbolone, dianabol, IGF, which increases RBC (hematocrit) the most. I know it's possible to donate blood but how often should this be done while on gear? Is there any other way to keep it in check? Thanks
