    Hgh dosing and recon

    Hgh question, ok, I have single vials of 10iu... how tf do I recon it? Lmao like i think i did it before like hcg, added bac wat slowly but idk. My main question is how much water and how do I determine dosage? My goal is 4iu a day 5 days a week.
