What are your thoughts with T3 up until the day of a competition or photo shoot? T3 kills my pump, so do I want to lay off 1-2 days before? Do you use a pyramid sceme when dealing with T3 and if so where do you want to be on the day of the shoot/ competition on this pyramid?- yellow snow
