Yo guys, I have been on trt for 15 years, continuously. During that time my psa went from 1.6 to 1.0. I still have full head of hair. I am mid 50's and I am in top 1% of my age group in fitness. I am not connected to this site in any way so I shoot from the hip, straight. The single best thing you can do is get your levels up. I have been on same dose for say last 10 years. I have tried creams, both the andro gel and creams made from compound pharmacy. I do the injections, 200mg a week now. You really need to check into this if you are on the fence. If you are an older male, it is the single best thing you can do for yourself. Just my 2 cents, worth.

Hey Dr. B,

Had a few quick questions that I couldn't find the answers to from the website, so maybe you could help me.

1. After going through the necessary procedure and someone qualifies as a candidate for TRT, do we receive the medication directly from you or do we simply get the prescription and then get it filled at local pharmacy?

2. I'm currently on a "self-prescribed" TRT, so my levels will obviously be above normal range. Is there anyway around this?

Jeff- The medications are sent directly to you from our partnered compounding pharmacy. This is how we are able to be so affordable.

This is a common issue. You will need to decrease your dose or come off while you get your labs completed. Let me know of any questions.

Quick follow up questions

1. How long do u think it will take for my levels to drop back below normal in order to get labs done? Currently at 500mg/wk test cyp.

2. Is repeat bloodwork done to check levels after starting your trt program? Basically what I'm asking is will I be able to blast and cruise or will my levels be strictly monitored?

3. What form of testosterone do you prescribe/provide (what ester)?

at 500mg/wk I would take 9 days off to drop, then resume at a trt dose.

We can check labs on you however often you would like, we require 3x year but if you would like more than that is fine

We rx Test cypionate 200mg/ml we can also do test enanthate 250mg/ml. We send 5ml vial every month.

Blast and cruise is up to you. of course I cannot recommend but we have patients (many) who do

Only 9 days? I guess you could say I'm either a high responder or the gear is severely overdosed but last time I had labs run I was at almost 5000 ng/dl. Do you still think 9 days will be enough time?

wow, 5000 that is extremely high. We need levels under 700, I would suggest 2 week vacay from the Test.
