Its age related muscle loss and I no doubt have it. !0 yrs ago I was 52 and 245 now I'm 62 and around 183
My testosterone usage is now HRT levels just to keep up some semblense of size
Clothes now hang on me
Health wise Ive had 5 abdominal surgeries so my abs are fucking shot, have a beer belly and I rarely drink
So my advice is age but dont get old!

Anyone else want to add to my misery?! :)

And o my dick needs viagra to fuck :(

Well I took my hat off the other day and realized I’m almost bald at 50 Abe too old to start a new hairstyle but do shave it off do the old comb over and where did all the white hair come from but biggest thing why do my joints hurt so dam bad sometimes I can’t even lift a pencil my elbows are shot, hell just 2 years ago I was still pressing 3 wheels squating 4 wheels deadlifting 5 wheels and with in 3 yrs I’ve dropped mass from 235 to 190 sucks diets no longer approved inflammation everywhere any advice on the joints and pain relief ( of course I mean not pain pills don’t need that crap last thing I need is to start s habit at 50) I feel like I’ve tried everything food isn’t even appealing anymore idk help please uugghhh
 
And the libido ED shoot viag kills my BP and migraines so bad who the hell could focus I was always a cial person but even that doesn’t seem to work any advice that also ?

as for your first post regarding decline in gym the last 3 years, my question is are you talking about while in a cycle or not?
 
Well honestly it’s been both now that I’ve gotten older and wiser and more familiar with my body’s response to most things avail, except the hgh, insulin, peptides ,or sarms
Iv stuck with the traditional tests and simple basic gear not all those multiple blends just so I know which works for my goals, libido, endurance, lean mass, always focused on body building and muscle development but past few years gears great I just. I no longer benefit from it it’s weird if try a bulk cycle I might gain 8-10 post arim, hcg, nolva, cial but I’ll keep it for maybe 3 months of force feeding it’s crazy I used to love food now it’s not appealing diets gone to crap
