ok fellas, just for completeness, I'm 52yrs old 511 jut got down to 195 lbs. I'm pretty lean, little lower back, little front torso fat. not much but needs work. Shortly I will begin the spring ritual of transformation. Goals will be to reach 210 some where around 10% bodyfat. I know that sounds like a mission impossible, but I expect a lot from myself. Here is the plan.
Injectable Superdrol. 10-15 mg ed for I'm NOT SURE HOW LONG TO RUN.
TRT DOSE TEST CYP 150MG EW FOR EVER!
TREN ACE FOR AS LONG AS I CAN STAND IT. 400-500 MG EW
MAST E 500 MG EW
I AM ALSO THINKING OF NPP, I HAVE READ THAT IT ADD FULLNESS AND IS OK WITH THE TREN.
if THE NPP AND TREN I WILL NEED ANTI-P FROM THE MC STORE, FOR SURE, OR I WILL BE MILKING LIKE A DAIRY COW...THIS IS A MUST HAVE.
ALSO MC NOLVA AND -ADEX. 10 MG ED NOLVA, .5 ADEX 2-3- TIMES A WEEK (I AM GYNO PRONE) AND .5 ANTI-P 2 TIMES PER WEEK.
I ALSO STOCKED UP ON THE LAST DEAL FOR THE GW ALSO FROM MUSCLE CHEMISTRY STORE. THNAK YOU PRESSER FOR THE DEAL.
THE GW FOR ME IS A MUST ON THE TREN, CARDIO, AND LIPIDS. GW DOES A GREAT JOB OF NOT LETTING TREN COMPLETELY WRECK THEM.
I WILL SLOWLY INCREASE CALORIES ( I have been intermittent fasting, and it has worked great)
I will prob be around 3000-3500 clean, I know that does not sound like a lot, but for me to eat that many clean cals…… It is way harder than working out.

I still need superdrol, mast, I have everything else except ANTI-P , BUT THAT SHOULD BE HERE ANY DAY, I HOPE.
I need npp also, but that like the other stuff will get here quick.
