    Default IGF-Lr3 and bad shoulder

Been rehabbing a bad shoulder for the last couple of weeks. Started to add IGF at 100mcg per day. Shoulder pain has greatly reduced and feeling much better. Just have to take it easy for a few more weeks.

This stuff is the real deal.

So been doing the same protocol for several days and my shoulder has stopped hurting. Its at the point that I am wanting to get back in the gym and try it out, but I know I need it to rest for at least a few more days. The IGF has made the difference.

So I went back to the gym last night. Just did some light stuff and the shoulder is still feeling much better. Another week or so on the light weight and then we will push harder. Igf is the real deal.

MC IGF is my miracle in a bottle. I love ther stuff and there's not a better product out there, especially for recovery of an injury.

I'm good brutha! Trying to tie a few things up with life, then I'm back in prep. Hopefully 2 more months and I'll be on easy street. Then I'll be on here alot more, and getting back into full swing.
