Taking part in a shootaround with Michael Jordan or stepping into the batting cage with Aaron Judge is a dream for most sports fans. But for bodybuilding aficionados, there’s no slice of heaven that can compare to a gym session with Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Well, for a lucky few, that dream recently became a reality, thanks to After-School All-Stars, a charity Schwarzenegger established in the ’90s to provide after-school activities to 100,000 kids in 60 cities around the U.S., according to TMZ.

The charity recently held a number of auctions to raise money, and one was for a personal training session with Schwarzenegger himself. Two groups of people reportedly both bid $150,000 for the honor, including a man named Morris Flancbaum and his family from Florida and another unnamed winner.
Best of all, the training session went down at Gold’s Gym in Venice, California, the hallowed hall of iron that Schwarzenegger helped make famous while filming the 1977 docudrama Pumping Iron. While it was reported that the workout took place in front of a crowd at the gym, it wasn’t revealed which exercises Arnold put the winners through.
TMZ reports that Schwarzenegger also auctioned off clothes, memorabilia, and a ride inside his very own tank in order to raise money for the charity. In all, After-School All-Stars raised around $5.2 million, with $1.75 million coming from the auctions.
How to Work Out Like Arnold Schwarzenegger
If $150,000 sounds a little steep for a personal training session with Arnold, you could always just follow along with one of the biceps workouts he used to do during his prime. Here’s a look at one workout that he would do while prepping for bodybuilding contests:

Incline Dumbbell Curl + Triceps Pressdown: 4 x 8-10
Alternating Dumbbell Curl + Single-Arm Overhead Triceps Extension: 4 x 10
Preacher Curl + Lying French Press: 4 x 10
Concentration Curl + Reverse Triceps Pressdown: 4 x 8-10
Reverse Preacher Curl + Barbell Wrist Curl: 4 x 10-12
