We resurrected an Old Competition forum with many great threads on training and techniques as well as contest prep information.

So with this forum we hope to help answer any members questions on what to do and how to train in the gym for their set goals!

If you want to ask how to use free weights or a specific machine, or any type of training regimen , this is the forum to ask those questions!

If you wanna share your workouts with everyone this is the forum to do so!

Sometimes we forget theres always a new generation of guys and gals wanting to train hard and get into serious shape, and what many of us find to be common knowledge isn't always the case for the younger guys and girls just starting out!

Lastly & Most Importantly= There is NO Such Things as A Stupid Question! Period!

I encourage our more experienced vets of the forum here to help get involved in this forum and post up your routines, share your experience and help someone else realize their fitness goals!

hi,its a good idea for sharing your experience and put up qoution and asnwer.
so my qoution is i start a gym someday ago aaa 2, 3 days only so what i eating after the workout and before workout plzzz help me....
i want to grow my muscles and i look like a vin deisel and dwayne johnson both are my favourite actore...

Not to bust your bubble, but to get to where the Rock is currently, you are going to have to hit it 5 to 7 days a week and eat and train like a beast. And we will not even start to discuss the gear that you would need to take. Be the best you that you can be and don't worry about anyone else. Train the Mind to Build the Body!
