Guys,

I have had zero drive lately. I go walking with the wife but didn't hit the gym for a week. My work is not physical but it is very mentally exhausting. Hope this
gets better soon. I get pissed at myself.
 
Bro I go thru same thing at times, a week off is nothing at all, with me all it takes is ONE good workout, where I get pumped and pained and presto I'm back hooked.

No doubt you;ll snap out of it. Weight training can be monotonous due to the repetitive nature of it. work thru it brother, grind it out and you be back to pumping in no tine at all
 
Hang in there, brother. We all go through it. Hell, I've taken a month off before and when I looked in the mirror and didn't like how clothes were fitting, I decided it's time to get back in and make them fit right again. It's important that if you're going to take some time off, be strict with your diet. It will make it easier to get those gains back and not get fat in the meantime.
