Do you use bands or chains?

3️⃣If you don't, then I would recommend adding them to your program! When you do a normal lift, whether it be squats, bench press, deadlift, or any variation of the three, you experience something called the strength curve. This means that the weight will feel heavier or lighter depending on where you are in the lift.

⛓If you add bands or chains to the lift, the weight will be heavier where it is normally lighter. This means if you really want to make gains, using bands may be the quickest way to reach your goals!

Only used bands once, and it was for pump up before going on stage. However, an old gym acquaintance who looks phenomenal and held many bodybuilding titles, said he would use bands when he was at home watching t.v. and also in the car when stopped at a light he would get a couple in lmao, CRAZY I know but this cat was amazing looking, I didnt run out and buy bands of course lol, but I think they have their place
