Cardio on off cycle? yea or nay?
So whats yr view on doing cardio during time off from a cycle? If yr still wanting to build muscle and minimize fat (dah!), is your school of thought, do fair amt of cardio to prevent fat from accumulating OR dont do any cardio because you want to preserve muscle, ie body weight as much as possible for the time off? My own humble opinion is are you ectomorph, endomorph or mesomorph will enter into the equation and of course where your current BF levels are.
Any opinions??

I keep all my cardio under 20mins and use high intensity with it. This help raise the body’s resistance to lactic acid. Some say lactic acid is not responsible for muscle fatigue but I don’t have the studies to prove it disprove it. It worked for me when I was a competitive runner. So yes I do cardio all year around with less while on cycle. But I keep it short and intense.

I decided to prioritize heart health even if it comes at the expense of muscle. So, I do it all of the time.
