The recommendation of getting 8-hours of sleep every night is well-known. However, athletes and bodybuilders may need more sleep. This is due to the fact that athletes and bodybuilders are always recovering from one intense training session and preparing for another. The good news is that naps can add to total sleep time - just shoot for 80-90% of your total sleep over night. If your goals include maximizing muscle gains, you’re going to have to dedicate some time to sleep!

I rarely if ever get full 8 hrs, usually I'm about 6 hours per night but I average 75 hrs a wk at work :(

REST/SLEEP is extremely important and often underestimated. As bodybuilders we grow and recover as we sleep.
I only get 5-6 hours daily but have some of my clients getting 8-10 hours per day with sleep and naps.

one cap full and it's nite nite. It puts you in the REM state very quickly. You would wake up so freaking refresh. Nothing compares to it.
I been on trazodone for 2 yrs and it still works OK, but would love something different, where would I get some? thanks bro

same here, been a long time! Also you would wake up four hours later, as stated above puts you in deep rem sleep and you out out for those hours, but then your up and ready for the day and realize its only 3.a.m. lol,
