    I always discuss how cardio should never be your main priority while trying to lose fat and that is mainly because you can undo all the burned calories in a few minutes. In other words, if your diet is not on point no matter how much cardio you do, you won't lose any fat. 🍳

    Good article! However Biking doesnít burn more because of the speed. Itís because running doesnít take much effort and biking youíre constantly turning a wheel with your feet. Running is mostly momentum followed by falling gracefully on one foot at a time. Just thought Iíd throw that in there.
