The key is working nice and slow through these to make sure you can tolerate them. A lot of the time we just aren’t moving enough, especially our low back. So you need to get your low back moving again and stronger so you can get your life back.

1️⃣ Knee-Rocks: Lay on your back with your knees bent. Gently allow your knees to rock side to side, slowly going farther towards the floor.

2️⃣ Kick-Out: Still on your back, kick up and over your other leg to get more rotation through that low back and hip.

3️⃣ Scorpion: On you stomach, kick your leg up and across your body aiming for your opposite hand.
