MuscleChemistry's IGF-1LR3 / LIGANDROL stack

Good morning. So since I have started igf shoulders have become my new favorite muscle just freakin loving the way they look all pumped up. Started with standing dumbbell press. Went up to 50's that tri is getting their. Then moved on to a giant set of laterals back, side, then front went up to 30's. Did six sets of the giants. Then did a super set of seated side laterals, with stomach against the incline rear laterals. Up to 25's very strict. Did a very quick tricep workout after. The biggest thing I have noticed since adding the ligandrol is that I feel freakin good better than I have felt in a long time.

Good morning boys. Well just had one of my best workouts ever not cause of what day it was or cause I set some new personal record, but it was the first ever workout with my youngest son. It was my leg day. I had a decent work out but had a great time showing him how to do all the different exercises. I only get to see him summers so it has been a big treat that he wants to come with me. Still love the stack since I added the ligandrol. I believe their are some big benefits for minor prostate issues such as weak stream and waking throughout the night.

correct, no carb source until after my workout.......like training on a empty / fasted stomach....congrats on the sponsorship, thats awesome....keeping it in the MC Family

I really appreciate that my man. After a day like today I feel like the only thing that got killed. It's freakin hot and humid. I had gone through 3 shirts by 2:30 pm sweat was dripping from my shorts by the end of the day my shoes squished like I had been playing In the water. Made it very hard to eat today. I am loving the ligandrol and igf stack though the overall sense of well being. I just flat feel good, aside from the heat and complaining.

Good morning. Just tore some chest up. Only did 30 mcg per side and the usual 10 mg ligandrol. Someone who doesn't want to use gear this is an excellent alternative, or as I have mentioned before bridging between cycles, or a kick start before a cycle I feel this is a perfect stack. The heat from the past week has been incredibly miserable. Their were times it felt like I couldn't drink enough water, and I could tell this morning joints were a little achy, hell they are still achy. Seemed to have no effect on my pump though. Even though was not as strong this morning. This was also my 2 nd chest day this week. Something I have just started. So if your coming off a cycle or getting ready to start, or just want to feel like your in your 30's again lol guess that says I'm old. I highly suggest this combination.

yeah bro, were in a Heat Wave over here in my neck of the woods, and its going to be 98 degrees today and my wife has an outside Party planned for the twins and the Neighborhood kids at 2pm today lol, Its a fucking Ice Cream Party of all things in this Heat! lol But yeah its hot everywhere!

Sounds like your doing well my man, just dont over due it ya know, i know myself sometimes i start feeling so good after an injury i forget to take it easy and wind up right back where i started, !

And i know youve ben logging your IGF-1 lr3 and Ligandrol, but Just wait until you try IGF-1 lr3 with a solid steroid stacked cycle, not sure if thats in your future but if you think and like IGF now, then you'll be amazed at its synergy with Testosterone , and anything else added is just a bonus

Hot here too! Ice cream party? Everything you own will be sticky by the end of the day! lol I fucking hate sticky unless it is from sticking my fingers in something. lol

Just waiting patiently brutha hope to start cycle by August 1st if not a little sooner. Will be the best cycle I have ever had the oppurtunity to run thanks to Mountain Man, and pct-shop.

Interesting about the prostate stuff... I normall wake up 4 - 5 times a night. Since starting the ligandrol I wake up a max of 2 times and sometimes not at all... very strange. I know what you mean about feeling good. I haven't felt thig good in a very long time... I'm sure training with Silk is helping, but I really FEEL good.

What's up? Had my heaviest back workout today in awhile still have a pump and it's been 3 hrs since I left the gym. Still loving this combo I honestly believe the prostate issues are still improving. Theirs a benefit I never saw coming but at the cost of a script for cialis. This is working pretty Damn good. Just can't stop saying good things about the igf. Fuller rounder muscles. That's why we do this.

Just hammered arms bi's then tri's. Great bicep workout worked up to the 50's on supinated curls 12 reps then worked up to 60's on hammer curls then onto some barbell curls for reps. Of course pre workout I had applied 30mcg to each bicep the pump was amazing got and held onto that pump for 2 hrs cause I came home and practice posing going through the manditorys once every 30 minutes. Now I wish my tricep workout would have been good enough to talk about. I know it's not been that long just ready to be back to normal. Still love this combo. Highly recommend. Feel great. And for me just the prostate benefit that I have received from the ligandrol is worth it

Yesterday was my leg day and what a day it was. Did 20 sets of 20 on squats after a thurough warm up. I put 200lbs on the bar and got after it. It doesn't sound like a lot, but by the 10th set I was wondering if I w as going to make it. I made it, but would have to say it kicked my ass went home had my post workout shake and died. My wife said she came to wake me up to get ready for church and I just growled at her and rolled over. I didn't wake up until al.ist 1pm. Then I started eating and didn't stop until bed. I'm so freakin sore this morning. But that's a good thing.
