Awesome to hear!Good morning. So since I have started igf shoulders have become my new favorite muscle just freakin loving the way they look all pumped up. Started with standing dumbbell press. Went up to 50's that tri is getting their. Then moved on to a giant set of laterals back, side, then front went up to 30's. Did six sets of the giants. Then did a super set of seated side laterals, with stomach against the incline rear laterals. Up to 25's very strict. Did a very quick tricep workout after. The biggest thing I have noticed since adding the ligandrol is that I feel freakin good better than I have felt in a long time.
