    i benched that 425 3 weeks ago ive been sick with the flu last couple of weeks so i know my bench is down but ill get it back up feeling alot better know so we will see how it goes starting monday when im back at it .

    the way i perform them is by using a barbell with the desired weight probably 135lbs pressing it over my head keeping the back as straight as possible begin squating if i was you ill try a little lesser weight until i get use to them it might not be for you but its worth a try i think.
