I think this first phase was good that you didn't do much cardio. If you dropped 10% of BF
from nutrition and training that is great. If you had added a bunch of cardio you would have eaten
more muscle and...
You might not need it. You wont know without going a month or 6 weeks at 250 test a week then have bloods to
check it. That said you need to know what your estro was before you added the test. Varies so very much from person to person, age to age.
Looks like you keep progressing with the weights. Slow and steady wins the race.

Also well over 50 here. The last 3 years arthritis has just eaten into my shoulder joint.
To the point the doc wants to saw it off and replace. I'm still at the Oh hell no stage.
I train anyway I can to keep pumping blood into that shoulder muscle group. I can pull, push.
Nothing over head...
