I never tried the bars. But my protein shake is never far away. For a 320z powerade bottle I use 2/3 coffee, 1/3 milk, 3 raw eggs, and a scoop of protein powder. If you like the chocolate coffee taste you will like it.

Hi It can make you prone to blood clots. (Pulmonary Embolism) Taking 81mg aspirin is a good idea for everyone. Besides thinning the blood some it has been shown to reduce the risk of some cancers.

Hi I know this is an older thread but has some great info. You can add some "Tang" to it to make it taste better. We used to drink Tang with grain alcohol back when I was a pup.

A little air in the hub works great for me. I usually bleed a little after each injection so I worry more about the loss of juice that comes out with the blood.
