I was referring to the thread that chb posted. At least 2 yrs ago I was the one who proposed the acetic acid idea to stabilize the igf. Anyhoo, you're correct about the ph statement and I was wrong about the % conversion.
I didn't win overall as I hoped but it's motivation to do better. I'm setting my sight on a show in April which is 15 wks away from now. I won 1st place heavyweight with nobody else in my wt class. Oh well :(

Seriously woody it would be okay for your girl to use clen at a reasonable dose. Start her at maybe 20mcg a day (1tab) depends on how strong the liquid is but if it's 200mcg/ml then it would be 10 IU's on...
I can maybe understand the b12 but not vitamin C are you into pain or something. Why not take a tab of C or drink some OJ. Seems silly/useles to inject it.
I always seem to get greasy when taking it like it stimulates the sebaceous gland more than anything else. I guess that would mean it is more likely to convert to DHT than anything else maybe? I wouldn't use it though.
What were you doing shrugs or something? It seems I always get a tightness or akward sore/stiff in the trap area the days after doing shrugs b/c I try to go real heavy and hold it but it works great for getting the stubborn things to grow.
