38 years old and I am around 168 pounds
I’ve done both weight training and endurance over the last 10 years.
I’m looking to do my first half marathon and it’s in three months so I’ll be training for that.
What are the best steroids that I can use to get the most out of my training and improve my endurance. I’m fast but I don’t have much endurance past a few miles.

Steroids and running doesnt mix. Better use cardarine for running and if you do use steroids stick to equipoise.
