Just curious as to opinions on am workouts as opposed to pm for those that have a reg. job.
Arnold says mornings, many pro's also I think.
I like it when I can arise early enough, but sometimes it's tuff when it's cold out and I feel stiff in the joints sometimes.
Just want to know any opinions on an article that grapefruit juice blocks an enzyme that slows breakdown of drugs and thus increase levels.
My Q. : Could I use this fairly well known medical fact to get more out of my orals and/or injectables????
