    Time of day to lift

    Just curious as to opinions on am workouts as opposed to pm for those that have a reg. job. Arnold says mornings, many pro's also I think. I like it when I can arise early enough, but sometimes it's tuff when it's cold out and I feel stiff in the joints sometimes.
