Just wondering if any of you guys have done an IGF-1 blood serum test at a clinic after taking your IGF. There's this rule of thumb that 1 IU of top-noth HGH will raise IGF-1 by around 100 points, so I'm curious what a 50mcg dose of pharma grade IGF-1 would raise it by?

I'll definitely continue on with the HGH to some degree since it has some advantages that IGF-1 can't provide. Also, I believe even with HGH the liver will only produce so much IGF-1, so going the synthetic route with IGF-1 is essential.

I call BS on 335. Bodybuilders weights are inflated like crazy. Jay in 2009 was high 260's, maybe. Ramy was maybe 270 onstage in September and he sure as hell hasn't gained 65 pounds. I don't doubt 300, but 335 = BS.
