    OK, I'm looking to see where things may have gone wrong. Show was yesterday, so I'll back up a bit. Diet was high sodium all the way through. Leg training was stopped two weeks out and depletion was started on Sunday. At the same time I made sure the water was at 12 liters (3 gallons)...
