muscle pain

ok, i was just sitting on the couch and my lower tricep started to hurt, a couple inches above my elbow. and in the past half hr its gotten worse and worse. not it feels like a really bad pulled muscle it hurts like hell. especially when i try to bend my arm. but i wasnt doing anything but just...
