Hassan Mostafa
The 2022 Orlando Pro champion was Hassan Mostafa, and he will look to defend that title in 2023. He had two pro wins in the 2022 season. The other was the Puerto Rico Pro. However, Mostafa didn’t compete in the Olympia that year.
Mostafa has already been in one show in 2023 — the Toronto Pro Supershow, placing second to Iain Valliere. If he wins this contest and moves on to the Olympia, it will be his second career appearance; he was 13th in 2021.
Mohammad Alnsoor
Alnsoor is a third-year pro from Jordan making his 2023 season debut. If his posing and definition are on point, then he can give Mostafa a run for his money.
Alnsoor made his Mr. Olympia contest debut in 2022, thanks to winning that season’s Monsterzym Pro contest. However, Alnsoor finished outside the top 15 at the Olympia in Las Vegas, NV.
Phil Clahar
Clahar is already committed to the Masters Olympia contest in Romania on Aug. 26-27, 2023. He hasn’t won an Open show since making his pro debut in 2018, but he’s been in the mix numerous times. He was second overall to Valliere at the 2021 Tampa Pro.
Clahar’s most recent showing was at the 2022 Boston Pro, where he placed sixth. This will be his 2023 season debut.
